🌟 New Youth Advocacy Group!
Charting My Course is a free virtual group for youth ages 14–22 who want to learn more about their transition plans and build confidence for life after high school.
👩🎓 Youth will learn to:
• Understand their transition plan
• Share their voice in IEP meetings
• Explore future goals for school, work & independence
• Use CtLC tools to plan for a “good life”
• Connect with helpful adult services and supports
📅 Meets the 2nd Thursday of each month
💻 Held on Zoom
✨ Open to all Illinois youth ages 14–22
