ESP training
Join our team of Educational Surrogate Parents. ESPs provide support at educational meetings for students who are in the care of the state or who do not have a parent who can legally represent them. ESPs are required to attend a 6-hour training, complete all required paperwork, participate in a background check, and communicate in a timely manner with Illinois State Board of Education representatives and Family Matters staff as required by the program.
