This session explores how CtLC tools support planning for interdependent living. Participants will examine the difference between independence and interdependence, identify supports that foster connection and shared responsibility, and reflect on how thoughtful planning can enhance safety, choice, community inclusion, and overall quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
