Join us for a FREE virtual Zoom learning series designed for families and caregivers who want to better support the whole child—and themselves. Held Mondays in March 2026 from 12:00–1:30 p.m. (registration required), this collaborative conference brings together trusted Illinois family-serving organizations and expert presenters to address mental health, financial planning, caregiver supports, and disability services.

Each session provides practical tools, guidance, and resources to help families manage stress, plan for a loved one with disabilities, explore caregiver compensation options, build sustainable well-being practices, and navigate complex disability support systems.

Sessions include:

March 2: How to Handle More Than You Can Handle

March 9: Planning for a Loved One with Disabilities

March 16: Can I Get Paid to Care for My Child?

March 23: Building Sustainable Well-being Practices

March 30: Navigating the Disability Support System

This series empowers families with knowledge, resources, and connections to strengthen money, mind, and disability support systems.

Hosted by the Illinois DeafBlind Project, Heart of Illinois Down Syndrome Association, STAR NET, Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center, The Arc of Illinois Life Span Program, and The Arc of Illinois Family to Family Health Information Center.
