Introduction to Charting the LifeCourse Framework
Join Family Matters Parent Training and Information Center (FMPTIC) for an engaging 45-minute monthly virtual series introducing families, youth, and professionals to the Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) Framework—a nationally recognized approach designed to help individuals with disabilities and their families build a vision for a meaningful life.
Each month, we’ll explore one key CtLC tool or concept through short videos, guided discussion, and examples of how families are using these tools to plan, connect, and advocate for the life they want. You’ll also have time to network, share ideas, and connect with others on similar journeys.
